Shipping Policy 

Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Select the products to be purchased, 'Submit Order' and freight charges will be calculated. Approximate freight charges are as follows: Under 2kg $12;

We dispatch 85% of orders same day. Order by 3pm for same day dispatch (weekdays only) for products in stock.

Advantech Design shall use its best endeavours to meet the anticipated supply date or to supply the goods as soon as reasonably possible. The goods shall be at the customers risk from the date of delivery or the date upon which the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first. If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Advantech Design as a result thereof, including all storage and handling costs and Advantech Design, at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.
