Returns Policy 

At Advantech Design we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and service.
You may return new, unopened items sold by Advantech Design within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

Return or exchange of computer software will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty or defective. Where the product has been opened or the seal is broken and the software is neither faulty nor defective the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Advantech Design, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes separate allowance. In general, map products delivered in electronic form (e.g. CD, DVD or other disk format) are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned goods.
