VicRoads extends TRIPS Travel Time Contract to Advantech Design

Following a 12 month successful data delivery of predicted real-time Travel Time data, VicRoads has extended the TRIPS Travel Time contract, which was awarded by competitive tender to Advantech Design in January 2006. The ongoing delivery of real-time data has enabled VicRoads to provide live predicted travel times on the VicRoads web-site, allowing road users to make informed decisions on their travel plans.
